Went to LPool to see Auntie Rose as her and Uncle Gus are going to Canada on Friday as our Ang is going there to live, our Rosie is 81 and never been on a plane so its all exciting stuff, forgot my camera so nicked this one from Ang's Facebook photos.

Went for a walk in Frodsham and then lunch at the Welly in Ince, turkey and beef was a little strange but the food was delightful, chocolate fudge cake and ice cream rounded it off nicely.

Doing some DIY, horrors of horrors, internet has gone off !!! Virgin man came to fix it and fitted a V+Box, the world is now my oyster !!

Had a fantastic day at the Nantwich Jazz Festival, Ken, Lucy, Rosie, James, Tom, Rosie and James (2 Rosie's - 2 James's) hotcross buns and Cava followed by bacon butties and Cava, egg hunt in the garden then hit the town, all the bars had a great atmosphere, back to Lucy's later for Moussaka, cooked by her and Ken, delicious, got train from Crewe at 10.30 was home for just after 11, best day I have had for ages, everyone really interesting. This is Andi of Rhythm Zoo dueting with Rosie, Andi was very Joplinesque, fab voice.

11th April

Still with Mia, went to Wethers for scrambled eggs and then Mia went home at 1ish, we called into The Swan to watch first half of LPool match, had a quiet night watching Breaking Bad, looks quite good.

10th April

Good Friday. Had Mia overnight, was really good fun, let her stay up til 11.00, she then hogged the bed and didn't get up til 8.30 !!!

This one was taken at 11.00pm, she had Paul chase her round the kitchen.

9th April

Went to Zena's at Mia's bedtime, she saw that I put my glasses on to read a text and decided that she needed glasses, not a great photo taken with phone but funniest 2 hours I have had in ages, a real charactor.

Went to Les's for a pre- Birthday drink, had a laugh with Amy, Leah, Max and the girls, oh yes and Liverpool were beaten by Chelsea 3-1 at their own crib !!!! Champions League, the're having a laugh !!!

Had nails done, thought Terry's display was worthy of a pic.

The Warreners chair at Eastham Country Park, used to be for the guy who was in charge of all the rabbit warrens apparently.

Grand National Day, went into LPool, everywhere really busy, went to see a play on The Unity in Hope St, John Dillon's Aiming At Earth, very good.

Went up the Swan for a drink at 8ish, lovely that it was still light after the clocks changing.

Whilst pottering in the garden, noticed my rhodadendum that was bought at least 5 years ago has flowered for the first time, it is really gorgeous.

Walked the Wirral Way from Hadlow Rd station, came back to watch England v Ukraine qualifier.
